Please find below a brief overview of the recently enacted public notice process applying to temporary residential and business accommodation and temporary depots and storage facilities. This provides for displaced residents and businesses following the Canterbury earthquake of 22 February 2011 and addresses the resource consent requirements that might otherwise apply.
