Heathcote Valley Pre-school

Project Objective:
To prepare and obtain a land use consent for a new 85 child pre-school at 108 Port Hills Road, Christchurch

ViaStrada staff successfully obtained resource consent for Heathcote Valley Pre-school Ltd for a new purpose-built pre-school on Port Hills Road, Christchurch. Our roles included a pre-purchase evaluation of the site and advice on traffic and noise issues during the planning stage including the design of the car park. We subsequently prepared and lodged a resource consent application (which included noise and traffic assessments) for the development, and provided evidence at the Council hearing.
