Assessment of new domestic heating appliances for two councils
Project Objective:
Assess laboratory test reports Nelson City Council and the Christchurch City Council commissioned ViaStrada to assess laboratory test reports of new domestic solid fuel burners prior to their approval.
The project entailed the assessment of laboratory tests for compliance with the requirements of Australian and New Zealand test standards, including liaison with testing laboratories and manufacturers of the appliances, to rectify any discrepancies in the test reports or supporting documents.
