Hanmer Plan Change
Project Objective:
To assist in the preparation of a plan change to convert rural land into residential ViaStrada has been commissioned by Eliot Sinclair & Partners Limited on behalf of Micah Properties Limited to provide a Traffic Impact Assessment in relation to a proposed plan change on Woodbank Road. It is proposed to rezone this land for residential purposes.
The traffic assessment will describe the traffic environment in the vicinity of the site, describe the traffic related components of the proposal, and then assess the potential road network effects of the proposal.
