Rose Street Pre-school - Resource Consent Approval
Project Objective:
To prepare and obtain a land use consent for a new 35 child pre-school on Rose Street, Christchurch ViaStrada staff prepared and lodged a resource consent application (which included noise and traffic assessments) for a 35 child pre-school on an existing residential property in suburban Christchurch. ViaStrada also provided expert evidence to a Council hearings panel, which subsequently issued Resource Consent in October 2008.
ViaStrada has obtained consents for more than 50 pre-schools. Why would you go anywhere else with your project but come to us?
