ViaStrada staff successfully obtained resource consent for Heathcote Valley Pre-school Ltd for a new purpose-built pre-school on Port Hills Road, Christchurch. Our roles included a pre-purchase evaluation of the site and advice on traffic and noise issues during the planning stage including the design of the car park.
