Biography

Lorraine Wilmshurst has been with ViaStrada since February 2008 as a Traffic Engineer. 

Lorraine came with heaps of experience in traffic engineering, scheme planning, consultation and project management, having been with Christchurch City Council for 14 years. She undertakes audits, designs and reviews. She is involved in asset management for city and district councils. She is on the team working for the Ministry of Tourism on the NZ Cycle Trail project.

Lorraine is a member of the IPENZ Transportation Group and was the runner up to the 3M Traffic Engineer of the Year Award in 2003.
