Traffic Engineer / Transportation Planner
This is a role for a person with broad experience in traffic engineering, transportation planning and the RMA.
Experience working under the Resource Management Act (RMA) is preferable and current workload is concentrated in this area although the role may broaden to cover other specialties. We are interested in candidates who know the New Zealand industry and who have a track record of attracting work and retaining clients.
The role involves development advice, traffic impact assessments and evidence, intersection design, SIDRA traffic modelling, corridor management, transport planning, research, liaison with clients and other professionals, project management and report writing. Potential applicants with skills in several of these areas are encouraged to contact us to discuss the role further.
